| 1 The Heathcote - Graytown National Park is a relaxing drive from
Rushworth via Whroo. The park includes Mt Black and Mt Brown,
which are two hills side by side with beautiful views of the forest
to the north and farmland to the south. The Park supports sixteen
threatened species including the crimson-spider orchid, squirrel

It was the first major diversion structure built in Australia and

8 The Rushworth State Forest consists of red ironbark, yellow gum
and grey box eucalypts with a profusion of wildflowers and

10 The fire authority’s lookout tower at Growlers Hill offers views
over the town, the Waranga Reservoir, the Rushworth Forest and

11 In 1983 High Street, Rushworth (the main thoroughfare) and its
adjacent streets were declared an Urban Conservation Area by
the National Trust. High Street began its life in 1853 at the outset

23 Cussen Park, Tatura, is a popular natural wetland abounding in

Skaters can test their skill and hone new tricks on the park’s fun

extensive pathway system from Shepparton to Mooroopna
